GCEvaluateBelow Button
	generates a Button to evaluate the following cell. It is intended to evaluate a following closed Input cell from a preceding Text cell. It should be placed within an Inline cell in the Text cell.

Sometimes we may wish to display output without displaying the input because it is less pertinent to the discussion in a notebook. We can do that by semi-permanently closing the input cell (Alt-CPO) and using the following button in a preceding text cell.

The thin closed Cell can be selected and then toggled open or closed using Alt-CPO. If you're using the GrassmannCalculusToolbar stylesheet you can use the Show/Hide button on the toolbar to do the same thing.
