To find the center of a given circle.

Construction Steps

1. Let ABP be the given circle.
2. Join the points A and B on the circumference and bisect AB  at C.
3. Draw a line through C perpendicular to AB , intersecting the circle at D and E.
4. Bisect DE  at F. F is the center of ABP.

τοῦ δοθέντος κύκλου τὸ κέντρον ϵὑρϵῖν.

English translation

To find the centre of a given circle.
