This Demonstration is based on the Demonstration "Koman Surfaces", but it contains a much larger range of possibilities.
As before, you can edit the given objects or create new ones, and you can rotate and zoom them in 3D.
"Koman Surfaces" only allowed you to create surfaces by connecting curves on the sphere with the sphere's center.
Here you can be much more creative, because (among many other options) you can create surfaces that span between any two curves.
This allows you to create "solid" objects by enclosing space on several sides (see snapshots).
Furthermore:
• Forty "actions", many of them new, give you a wide range of additional controls.
• More data (such as the "ribbon" slider value and the "rim" controls) is stored for each part, not just for the object as a whole
• Five options for how to display the rims of your object are included: lines, dots, cylinders, tubes and no rim at all.
