Experiment on Heat Conduction

heating time
0.35
A metallic rod is heated at one end with a Bunsen burner. The rod has tacks attached with wax along its length. As heat moves along the rod, its temperature increases and the wax melts. The tacks nearest to the burner start falling first, following the heat conduction down the rod.
