Am I in a Polygon?

This Demonstration answers two fundamental questions: 1) Am I inside a polygon? and if not, 2) What is the closest polygon? The answer to the first question is based on the summation of the angles and is exact, while the answer to the second one is an approximation based on the distance to the centroid of a polygon.
