Almost Equilateral Triangles

Starting with a triangle, we construct squares on each side, join the corners of the squares, then join the midpoints of these lines to create a new triangle. Most of the time, this triangle is NOT equilateral. When we iterate this process, two triangles are generated. They look equilateral and concentric. They are not!
