Let ABC be a triangle with corresponding excenters A', B', and C'. Let A'' be the point where the perpendicular to AB through B' intersects the perpendicular to AC through C'. Define B'' and C'' similarly. Then A''B'C''A'B''C' is a hexagon with opposite sides parallel.
