As a minimum, two plasma creatinine concentrations
and the time interval between them are needed.

As a default age, sex, race, height and weight are set to a
55-year-old,
non-black female with weight and height values resulting in a
creatinine generation rate of 10.494 mmol/ and distribution
volume of 34.1 l,
that correspond to the 50th percentile for adult females in the
US population.

It is also possible to insert creatinine generation rate and
distribution
volume directly, the initial values are set to the 50th
percentile for males
in the adult US population (15.350 mmol/d and 49.3 l)
