Have a bird occasionally check on you to see how you’re doing

ResourceFunction["BirdPeek"][notebook]

asks a bird to visit you in the NotebookObject notebook.

ResourceFunction["BirdPeek"][]

ResourceFunction["BirdPeek"]["PleaseStop"]

makes it stop.
