Conventional wisdom says that we can “hide the capacitor’s capacitance (C)” behind a resistor (R), when viewed from net x.
If true, what is the smallest R for which this “conventional wisdom” is (if) true? (Example answer will be “True, R>0”, “False, for any R”, “True for R<C” etc.)
