JournalArticle NumberedEquation and NumberedReference style cells are broken in Mathematica v12.2
Clicking the link (

) does not go to the numbered equation cell.
Even worse: if the last cell is made editable, then clicking the link will replace it by 0.
Likewise, clicking the link [
0
] does not go to the numbered reference cell.
No problem in Mathematica v12.1.
