How to Convert Gregorian Dates into Jewish Dates in Hebrew

When I was working on date conversion using the CalendarType->”Jewish”, together with the DateFormat->”Hebrew” options I came across a number of issues.
Hebrew is not my native language, but I have enough working knowledge to spot the issues.
Mathematica Version
Out[]=
13.1.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) (June 16, 2022)

Issue 1

The Hebrew language conversion is a direct translation of the Gregorian Dates, including the name of the month, but spelled in Hebrew.
However, the date and time conversion has a few syntax errors:
In[]:=
DateString
Hebrew
LANGUAGE

Out[]=
יום חמישי, 17 בנובמבר 2022 בשעה 9:16:53
The time indication בשעה comes after the time. In Hebrew the language is written from right to left, so the time indication should come before time and it should possibly be spelled as : השעהThis means “the time (is)”..The day of the week is correct (pronounced as “Yom Chamishi” meaning the fifth day), but its spelling is not. I think it is caused by the fact that Mathematica does not support languages that are written from right-to-left.If you copy and paste resulting Hebrew text from the
DateString
Hebrew

into a text cell, the spelling is correct: יום חמישיHowever, if you paste the same text into a string it is not:
Out[]=
יום חמישי
To Summarize, the date string should read as follows:
Out[]=
חמישי יום, 17 בנובמבר 2022, 9:16:53 השעה
Alternatively, one could simplify it to just the bare essentials and drop “the time-is” and keep November instead of B’November (in November):
Out[]=
חמישי יום, 17 נובמבר 2022, 9:16:53

Issue 2

In the current version, the DateObject does not allow the combination of: CalendarType and DateFormat to reflect a different calendar in its original language.For example the Jewish Calendar in Hebrew should be constructed as:
DateObjectToday,"Day",CalendarType->"Jewish",DateFormat->
Hebrew

The result is incorrect:
In[]:=
DateObjectToday,CalendarType->"Jewish",DateFormat->
Hebrew
LANGUAGE

Out[]=
יום שבת, 23 באוגוסט 5783 בשעה 0:00:00(Jewishcalendar)
The date should be (in English transliteration):
In[]:=
DateObject[Today,CalendarType->"Jewish"]%//InputForm
Out[]=
Yom Chamishi 23 Cheshvan 5783(Jewishcalendar)
Out[]//InputForm=
DateObject[{5783, 8, 23}, Day, Jewish]
The date in the Jewish Calendar format: {5783, 8, 23} is correct.
However, when converted into Hebrew it uses the Jewish Calendar Date as a Gregorian date and translates this date into Hebrew:
In[]:=
DateObject{5783,8,23},"Day",DateFormat->
Hebrew
LANGUAGE

Out[]=
יום שבת, 23 באוגוסט 5783 בשעה 0:00:00
This reads: the 7th day of August, 5783 (into the future) which is in itself correct, but it is not the Hebrew spelling of “Yom Chamishi 23 Cheshvan 5783”.
This is an issue for use cases where one needs the Jewish Calendar properly written in Hebrew in for instance Israel.

Workaround

HebCal is a often used website to convert Jewish Calendar dates: https://www.hebcal.com/home/219/hebrew-date-converter-rest-api
We can use the HebCal REST API to calculate the correct Jewish Date in Hebrew:
HebrewDate[date_DateObject]:=Module[{result},result=Import["https://www.hebcal.com/converter?cfg=json&date="<>DateString[date,{"Year","-","Month","-","Day"}]<>"&g2h=1&strict=1"];{{"hm","hd","hy"}/.result,{"d","m","y"}/.("heDateParts"/.result)}//Column]
In[]:=
HebrewDate[Today]
Out[]=
{Cheshvan,23,5783}
כ״ג,חשון,תשפ״ג
Are my observations correct? If so, I may have to report it to Wolfram Support.
