There are a few .csv files within that folder but why is it not listed? I'm not sure where I'm going wrong here. Basically this was a step illustrated in YouTube and the gentlemen was able to view a list of files. I assume if the files can be seen, logically it can be imported as well.
The documentation are predominantly focused on the Desktop version where a simple click and drag allows for the import. However the Online version is far more complicated and there are no clear documentation that outlines the steps.

Steps for Importing from the Cloud
The same set of files are also in Wolfram Cloud, however again the efforts to import the .csv files is not successful. I can view the files by double clicking it and I tried copying the url into the notebook for Import but it not successful as well. I've been trawling through the documentation, books and YouTube videos but to no avail.
