Gives a randomly generated Roman numeral

ResourceFunction["RandomRomanNumeral"][]

give 0 or 1, as a Roman numeral.

ResourceFunction["RandomRomanNumeral"][range]

give a randomly generated Roman numeral, using the given range.

ResourceFunction["RandomRomanNumeral"][range,n]

give n Roman numerals, using range.

Details and Options

If range is an integer value, then the range goes from 1 to range.
If range is a list of two integers {n,m}, then the range goes from n to m.
