GridBox don't returns the same form when its inputs are the same value.
What "b1" returns is the same as what "b2" returns.
\\(b1={{1},{2},{3}}\\)
\({{1},{2},{3}}\)
\\(b2={Range[1,1],Range[2,2],Range[3,3]}\\)
\({{1},{2},{3}}\)
I have checked the values and the attributes for "b1" and "b2".
\\(b1===b2\\)
\(True\)
\\(Attributes[b1]\\)\\(Attributes[b2]\\)
\({}\)
\({}\)
I understand the below.
\\(GridBox[b1]\\)
\(GridBox[{{1},{2},{3}}]\)
\\(GridBox[b1]//DisplayForm\\)
1 |
2 |
3 |
But I can not understand the below, because even if "b1" is the same as "b2", each result is different form.
\\(GridBox[b2]\\)
\(GridBox[{{1},{2},{3}}]\)
\\(GridBox[b2]//DisplayForm\\)
\(GridBox[{{1},{2},{3}}]\)
I try the element "ToExpression[b2]" instead of "b2".
I have got the expected result.
However, I don't understand why the "ToExpression" is to be applyed to "b2".

\\(GridBox[ToExpression[b2]]//DisplayForm\\)
