Does Mathematica have a function that will convert the following Venn Diagram into a logic statement consisting of: Unions, Intersections, And, Or, and Not operators?

Or is there a Mathematica function that will convert the definition used to create the Venn Diagram into a logic statement?
In[]:=
{a,b,c}={{1,3,9},{1,9,11,5,7},{4,2,1,9}}
In[]:=
ResourceFunction["VennDiagram"][{a,b,c}]
Out[]=
{2,4}
{5,7,11}
{3}
{1,9}
Also when using Unions and Intersections, the following function fails
In[]:=
Clear[a,b,c]ResourceFunction["VennDiagram"][a⋂b⋂c]
Intersection
:Nonatomic expression expected at position 1 in a⋂b⋂c.
ResourceFunction
:VennDiagram::arg: Unable to interpret input expression a⋂b⋂c as a Venn Diagram input.
Out[]=
[◼]
VennDiagram
[a⋂b⋂c]
But if I use Logical Operators, the function produces output.
In[]:=
Clear[a,b,c]ResourceFunction["VennDiagram"][a&&b&&c]
Out[]=
