Why does the following code used to finish evaluating in 5 minutes on my 11-year old iMac (macOS 10.15.7) with Mathematica 12, but it does not finish after running overnight on my newer 2020 MacBook Pro (macOS 13.4) with Mathematica 13.3 ?!
