This Demonstration lets you play with the channel components of an image in the three different "flavors" Mathematica offers. It scales by positive values a desired chromatic channel in the RGB and CMYK models and lets you increase or decrease the three characteristics of an image in HSV space. Images are randomly picked through Mathematica's ExampleData function.
