I would like to perform a detailed simulation and visualization of the dynamics of a two pipe vacuum steam heat system in a large multifamily residential building

The details of the system:
400 radiators across ~120 apartments on 13 floors. No zoning, but individual supply valves on each radiators (a substantial portion of residents shut them frequently). Typical boiler pressure as set by maintenance can get as high as 5psi. Vacuum can range from 10 to 15 inches of mercury. Boiler firing capacity approximately 7 million BTU.

The system uses classic thermostatic steam traps on all radiators. They are progressively failing and the co-op board does not do routine planned maintenance to repair failed-open traps that occur, since the radiator in question remains hot, said resident usually does not complain - failed closed traps are the most commonly replaced ones. Provide two simulations - one with the system operating with all functional steam traps, and one with the system operating with a large portion of traps failed open"
Why is output broken?
